VoltClip is operated by Sawyer McDowell, an individual based in California, United States. Contact: contact@voltclip.gg. These terms cover voltclip.gg and its prelaunch email waitlist only.

By using this website, you agree to these terms to the extent enforceable under applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use it. The waitlist is intended for adults aged 18 and older; do not submit information for someone else without authorization.

2. What joining means

Joining requests launch announcements and product updates by email. It does not create an account, purchase, reservation, subscription, software license, guaranteed launch date or guaranteed access. Product descriptions describe planned functionality and may change. No payments or software downloads are currently available.

You can unsubscribe by emailing contact@voltclip.gg. Sawyer McDowell handles unsubscribe requests manually and removes your entry from active waitlist storage. 3. Appropriate use

Use this website lawfully. Do not submit false information, send spam, interfere with its operation, scrape it abusively or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict abusive activity or stop operating the waitlist, subject to applicable law.

4. Website content

Website text, branding and design may be protected by intellectual property law. You may view the website for its intended purpose, but these terms do not grant ownership of its branding or other protected content. Third-party rights and rights provided by law remain unaffected.

5. Availability and responsibility

The prelaunch website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Its availability and the accuracy of planned-product descriptions are not guaranteed.
